A 50-minute individual therapy session is $125. 

Credit/Debit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy?

If you wish to change or postpone an appointment, kindly inform me at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time. In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, the full session fee will still apply.

If you cancel an appointment and don't reschedule within a week, I might need to offer your slot to a client on my waiting list. Feel free to reach out when you're ready to resume therapy sessions, and we can arrange a new slot if available or transition to sessions on an as-needed basis.

In case you're unable to attend an in-person session due to reasons like illness or transportation problems, etc., you're always welcome to switch to telehealth to avoid a late fee charge and for your convenience.


You will need to complete an eligibility form that will be submitted to our Referrals & Eligibility Coordinator. Please make sure to include on the form my full name under "Therapist Preference" to help avoid delays. I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-pocket network clients and help with reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions, as I am happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.

Session Duration?

An individual therapy session is set for 50 minutes.

Extended sessions can be arranged upon request, subject to availability, at your prorated session rate.


I am currently available for in person appointments on the following days:

Tuesdays from 8:30am - 11am and Thursdays from 9am - 6pm

Wednesday afternoon appointments will be opening up in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

I am available for telehealth appointments on:

Fridays from 11:00am - 4:00pm

Consistent research indicates that therapy provides the greatest benefits when incorporated into a client's schedule either weekly or every other week. It's crucial to acknowledge, though, that as progress is made and therapy goals are met, sessions will gradually become less frequent in the future. Once you believe you've achieved your therapy goals, we'll either schedule a graduation session to conclude our sessions together, or we'll transition to sessions on an "as-needed" basis.


All communication between us will remain strictly confidential except in cases where:

  1. You sign a release of information (aka ROI).

  2. Subpoenas or any court orders by a judge

  3. You present as a danger to yourself.

  4. You present as a danger to someone else (Tarasoff).

  5. You are gravely disabled.

  6. Revelation of suspected abuse and/or neglect done to a child, dependent adult or elder (65+)

As a mandated reporter, I am required by law to inform potential victims and legal authorities so that protective measures can be taken.

Some other uncommon circumstances outlined in state and federal regulations may necessitate a breach of confidentiality. California, for instance, has over 20 such instances defined in state law. You can find further details by visiting: Exceptions to Client Confidentiality.

Risks & Benefits?

Potential Risks: Engaging in therapy may lead to emotional discomfort as challenging issues are addressed and processed. While some sessions may leave you feeling better, others might temporarily exacerbate negative feelings due to the intensity of the topics discussed. Unexpected changes, such as relationships not improving and even ending, can occur during therapy. Furthermore, transitioning from maladaptive coping mechanisms to healthier ones may initially heighten negative symptoms. It's important to recognize that overcoming struggles takes time, and specific therapeutic outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Potential Benefits: Therapy offers opportunities to enhance self-awareness, clarify personal values and goals, and gain fresh perspectives on complex issues. It provides a structured and supportive environment for processing and healing from trauma. Additionally, therapy facilitates the development of positive self-talk, coping skills, and emotional stability. Improved interpersonal relationships and a deeper understanding of oneself are further potential benefits of therapy.

Considerations for Telehealth Therapy: Telehealth therapy presents specific risks and limitations. Before commencing telehealth treatment, I will discuss these unique considerations with you as part of the informed consent process.
